35 weeks training to go.

My first full week of training:

  • lost 1 kg in weight

  • swam every day (minimum half 70.3 distance = 900m)

  • increased strength and flexibility training to avoid injuries

  • 2 treadmill runs

  • 2 bike rides (inside, because its cold and Iā€™m old!)

So this is terrifying!
